Terms of Service
These terms govern access to StoryToShot and its story-planning, AI-generation, storage, and export tools.
Effective July 18, 2026Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account, and be legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Plans and paid services
The Free plan supports up to 2 projects and 8 shots per project, and does not include AI generation for asset reference images. Creator supports 10 monthly projects and 30 shots per project; Pro supports 20 monthly projects and 50 shots per project; Studio supports 50 monthly projects with unlimited shots per project. Paid plans include unlimited keyframe and asset reference image generation. Annual subscriptions make twelve times the monthly project allowance available for the paid annual term. Upgrades are scheduled for the next billing date and begin after the new plan payment succeeds.
Your content
You retain rights you hold in stories, prompts, images, and other material you submit. You grant StoryToShot and its service providers the limited permission necessary to host, process, transmit, and transform that content to operate features you request.
AI output
AI output may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or similar to material generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing output, clearing rights, and deciding whether it is suitable for production or publication. StoryToShot does not guarantee exclusivity or copyright eligibility.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, exploitative, or security-threatening activity. Do not bypass plan limits, rate limits, access controls, or attempt to extract secrets, models, or other users' data.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, or improve the product. We will use reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes that affect paid service.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. StoryToShot is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or production decisions based on AI output. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, abuse, payment failure, security risk, or legal requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
