Refund Policy
This policy describes how PayPal subscription charges, plan access, cancellations, refunds, and failed services are handled.
Effective July 18, 2026Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed by PayPal. You may cancel before the next renewal; cancellation stops future billing and paid plan access remains available until the end of the already-paid billing period. Annual plans provide the full annual project allowance for that paid term. Partial-period refunds are not normally provided except where required by law or where a material service failure occurred.
Refunded or reversed payments
When PayPal reports a full refund, reversal, or chargeback, the related paid plan access may be withdrawn. A partial refund may result in a proportional service adjustment after review. Projects and user content remain subject to the retention and export terms in effect for the account.
Failed or duplicate charges
Contact us if you see a duplicate or incorrect charge. Confirmed duplicate charges will be refunded. A failed AI task does not consume a separate usage balance; retry availability remains subject to service safety and fair-use controls.
How to request a refund
Email the support address below with your account email, order or invoice identifier, purchase date, and reason for the request. We may request additional information to verify account ownership and payment.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable refund, withdrawal, or consumer-protection rights that apply in your country or region.
