Information we collect

We receive account details from your sign-in provider, including your name, email address, profile image, and account identifier. We also store the stories, shot plans, prompts, project settings, uploaded images, generated images, subscription activity, and support messages you choose to provide.

Technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, timestamps, and service logs may be processed to secure and operate the service.

How we use information

We use your information to authenticate your account, save and synchronize projects, run requested AI tasks, enforce plan limits, manage payments, provide exports and support, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand visits, page usage, product interactions, device and browser information, and general traffic patterns. When you are signed in, an internal account identifier may be used to connect activity across sessions and devices; we do not use your name or email address for this purpose. Google may set or read cookies and process related identifiers under its own privacy terms. You can limit analytics through your browser settings or privacy extensions.

We do not send story text, prompts, project names, project content, uploaded media, or generated images to Google Analytics through this integration.

AI and service providers

Content submitted for an AI task may be sent to contracted model and infrastructure providers solely to perform that task. Payment providers process billing information on their own systems; StoryToShot does not store complete payment-card numbers.

Storage and retention

Projects and media are stored with access controls linked to your account. We retain account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward where required for security, disputes, tax, or legal obligations. Generated or uploaded media may be removed after account deletion or under published storage limits.

International processing

StoryToShot serves users globally. Information may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the service provider and applicable law.

Your choices and rights

You may access or update account information through the product. You may request a copy, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information by contacting us. Some records may be retained where legally required.

Security and children

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. StoryToShot is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it.
